Warranty
Acme provides a one year warranty for the entire unit against manufacturing defects, including parts and labor with an optional extended warranty on the sealed-in refrigeration system.

I got the Compact Kitchen ROG to replace an old unit also from ACME.
I knew it wouldn't be the same and there are some things I am very grateful aren't the same...and some I am sad aren't.
Pros:
Comes in black! This isn't on the website but the nice sales lady called to confirm wanted to confirm the colour which led me to ask what other colours they have. Black!
Refrigerator is replaceable/removable. -- This was why I had to replace the old unit (Refrigerator used to be built in and couldn't remove it without destroying the whole unite)
No more pilot light -- can't tell you how many times that sucker blew out and made the place smelly.
Cons:
No side splash guards -- this is a biggie -- I'm going to have to figure out a way to build up the tile that was on the edges where the splash guard was.
Freezer section not freezing -- I had to turn the level up almost all the way to get it cold enough for the freezer compartment to freeze.
Taller than old unit -- I knew this when I ordered it. It is a con for me because of the space I am in. I was hoping that the height would make up for the no slash guard on the sides ... it didn't and made it so my exhaust fan wouldn't have enough space to work properly.

A J Madison is a wonderful company to deal with. The product was custom made to my specs. The kitchen was deliveried when they said it would be. The kitchen is of very good quality and the gas stove and refidgerator are hooked up and working. The only problem that we had was only one man was on the delivery truck and it took 3 men to get the product into our home. We actually could have used 4 men because the compact kitchen is very heavy. But then that speaks for the quality of materials used.
