The Gemini infrared "SIZZLE ZONE" comes complete with two separate grill heads. Food is seared to perfection with the ultra high heat infrared ceramic burner (left side), quickly locking in the juices for a splendid taste sensation for those perfect, juicy steaks. The ultra high heat infrared ceramic burners use no more fuel (BTU's) than traditional stainless steel burners but cooks at an amazing 1800° at surface temperature with 11,500 burner ports. Other gourmet grilled delights can be cooked with Napoleon's patented stainless steel cooking system using the tube burner, and sear plate system in the other grill head.
