An 18,000 BTU, 12" Thermo Griddle is built into the cooktop for year round use, and includes a stainless steel cover. Bake, broil, or convection bake to perfection with the large 4.9 cu. ft. capacity oven and companion 2.7 cu. ft. oven for even more space.
