The front panel controls are operated by four fully sealed super and high-speed burners with a total BTU output of 25,600. Gas cooking is not always about power, control is also necessary. Operating at low heat output is often as important as setting high energy, and all Miele units allow you to do that, this model will be controlled as low as 620 BTU's.
