Rated 5 out of 5 by TX Consumer Good Value The website was having a deal where you got free shipping no sales tax and $200 off the retail price, so it was much much cheaper to buy it online than from sears. I was a little worried at first buying an appliance online, but the process was easy, they called us the day before delivery so we could be sure to be home. It came on time; we had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with service. We were also concerned about install but it came with easy instructions and my husband did it no problem. The hardest part was leveling it. (our floor does not have tile all the way to the wall so it was challenging pushing the oven back, then level, then pull it out to adjust, and try again) It looks AMAZING, I get a lot of compliments on it and having the convection is really nice when cooking items like baked potatoes. I have not used the extra 'Power Burner' yet. I do notice that it heats things more even on the other burners than my last stove. All in all I’m very happy with it, and if you're nervous about ordering it online, don’t be! I am considering buying a refrigerator from here also! 5/4/11

Rated 1 out of 5 by JC Why does it have a fish burner? The description states that it has a fish burner - "(1) 7,350 BTU Fish Burner". I have never wanted to burn fish, ever. Blackened fish is tasty but not burned fish. I think I'll buy a different stove. 3/3/13

Rated 3 out of 5 by SRW Uneven heat This range is beautiful and has a professional look without the professional price. I bought it because I wanted two ovens but don't have the room. This is a fine range for the basic cook. My culinary skills are improving enough to where I want better performance than this range provides. The oven and broiler heat unevenly and I always have to rotate my baking pans part way through the cooking process. My biggest complaint is the burners. You really only get four levels of output on each burner, low, medium-low, medium and high. The output can't be adjusted in minute increments. 2/16/12

Rated 5 out of 5 Exactly what we ordered This item arrived completely sealed in a nicely packaged box with shipping foam, placed between 2 palattes which were bound together with plactic straps. Very sturdy shipping. Once we connected the unit up, it worked great. We needed to run it through a burn off cycle (500deg for 45minutes) before using for the first time. Every part worked as expected. There was a light bulb burn out on the lower rack on the first oven use, but I think it could have been the shipping from NY to CO. Easy to replace the light bulb. Glass cover simply unscrews. Otherwise, this arrived in great shape and it was exactly the gas oven we asked for. Seems to be cooking any meal we through at out even better than our old Whirlpool Gold electric glass top. We have to re-learn how to cook our favorite meals, but thats understandable with a new tool. Note: Be sure you check the temperature allowance for your floor in the kitchen as this oven has a warning of a ~200deg floor requirement in the user guide. 10/13/11
