By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. AJ MADISON is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmission or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or software or any other cause. AJ MADISON reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to the termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way.

On or about January 7, 2021, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the drawing.

One $10,000 Dream Kitchen prize will be awarded. This includes a Samsung 4-piece Kitchen Appliance Suite (retail value $4,000.00) and a USA Cabinet Store Kitchen Cabinet Package (retail value $5,000.00). Installation of appliances or cabinets is not included.

No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrants must be 21 years of age or older and legal residents of the U.S. and D.C. Employees of AJ MADISON or USA CABINET STORE, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants name, voice, likeness or quotes without further permission. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and AJ MADISON and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The retail value of the prize is approximately $10,000. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Should the winner be unable to be contacted within 5 days of the drawing or is ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by AJ MADISON and will be final.
