Quick Ship means that the model is in stock, not that it will ship right away. Every few days we will have a route to your area, if you are in the following areas:

• 24-48 Hour Delivery (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut)
• 2-3 Day Delivery (Maryland, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.)

We currently deliver within the continental U.S. only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.

• Actual delivery times will vary based on your location. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items qualify for Quick Ship, the order will ship when all items are available to ship. Long distance shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.

DELIVERY DAY BASICS

AJ Madison transports your appliances utilizing the quickest and most economical methods possible.

• The delivery company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery and provide you a timeframe.
• Someone over the age of 18 must be home to sign off for the delivery of your new appliance.

• Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your new refrigerator will fit
• Delivery times are generally 7-10 days (if you live in a remote area it may take additional time and charges may apply)

• Empty and unplug your old refrigerator
• Water valve (shutoff) needs to be within 6ft. of hook up
• Connect to code compliant, existing electric and plumbing
• New parts must be used for all installs

How can I track my order?

You can locate your order and track its status by visiting AJ Madison’s order tracking page, and gain instant access to the status of your purchase. Simply enter your Order ID and billing zip code.

What if my new appliance is damaged at the time of delivery?

Make sure to examine your appliance(s) before the delivery agent leaves. If you notice any damages to your appliance please relay those issues at the time of delivery to your delivery agent.

How do I submit my appliance rebates?

You are responsible for mailing in your rebate. Simply download the rebate form from our site, fill in your appliances’ serial number(s) and mail in the form to the manufacturer.

How do I activate my service plan?

Shortly after your appliances are released for shipment, you will receive your personal activation codes & other important plan documents via email to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

What is the delivery window for my items?

There is a 4-hour delivery window upon the arrival of your item(s). You can expect the carrier to contract you as early as 48-hours in advance, and as late as 24 hours in advance to set up your appointment. If a carrier is late, we will call to notify you.

Do you offer installation?

AJ Madison is proud to offer installation in the state of NY for a number of appliances (see list here). There is an additional charge for all installation, which is provided by a third party. Please contact our customer service team at (800) 570-3355 for more details.

What does “In Process” mean?

When your delivery is “in process” it means that your item(s) are either waiting to be shipped, or has already been shipped and is awaiting tracking information before the status can change to “shipped”.
