Patented Dual Flow Burners allow for consistently lower simmer temperatures as low as 140 degrees and have a high output of up to 17,500 BTU (may vary with liquid propane gas). These ovens come with your choice of an 18,000 BTU griddle or grill or both. DCS's advanced Grease Management System (on Grill models) reduces unexpected flare-ups while grilling.
