second unit arrived fine.
unit had no hardware to attach appliance to cabinet
gets dishes very clean and is quiet

It takes time to relearn to load a smaller space, but it gets the dishes perfectly clean. I'm very happy with this product.

Needed an 18" dishwasher but this one is a little hard to load. Can't put wine glasses with long stems on top rack. Does a fast great job of washing. Can't get as many dishes in as a 18" Kenmore I had but the Avanti is a better quality. Had two Kenmores that kept breaking down, gave up on 18" Kenmores.

this item [...]very easy to install complete with screws and a new hose/clamp/manuel inside is stainless steel and looks great washer is very quiet running dishes come out very clean it is worth the [$] dollars every where else want [$]for the same thing i looked @ lowes/home depot/sears/ i took a chance buying this washer online to save money so far iam happy with washer it gets used twice a day and works perfect every time so far so good

I re-did my mother-in-laws 1959 kitchen. She's 94 and has never had a dishwasher. the kitchen is VERY TINY and the size of this DW fit the bill. It was easy to install, and MUCH quieter than expected. Has several good cycles and we ran dishware through most of them as we re-stocked the cabinets. It holds a suprising amount if there are no pots or large bowls. The inside racks have a flimsy feel to them but they have versatility. It's a shame it didn't come in bisque. [...] Haven't been using it but a week now....so far, so good!

I purchased this DW a couple of weeks ago for its compact size and needed it to be stainless steel. It works and looks fine, but rather noisy (no soundguard). More importantly though, they could have done a lot better job in its knobs/dials. They are noisy, cranky, not smooth. Interior could have been designed a whole lot better, too. Sure it is small (and that's the whole point of purchasing it) but the baskets/wires etc are not working comfortably and smoothly enough (compared to other DWs I used). My bottomline is I think since they do not have competitor brands out there for this size and stainless, they did not bother to do a better job (which should not increase the cost...there are many larger, higher-tech, better designed ones out there that are cheaper) in its design.

We used these units in some small apartments that we own and I was impressed at the design and function of these compact units. They share most of the features that a larger 24" unit might have and are perfect for a tight application.

I was very pleased to find the Avanti line of appliances. I have a rather small kitchen and these Euro sized applicances give me a lot more counter space. They are very attractive too.
My dishwasher arrived very well packed in a virtually indestructable carton.
