New Leaf ServicePRO Two-Year Extended Warranty This warranty will mirror the manufacturer warranty for one additional year in regard to the services covered. This means that if the original manufacturer warranty offered in-home repairs, New Leaf would cover that service. Otherwise, any authorized service center in your area will be covered.

New Leaf ServicePRO Three-Year Extended Warranty This warranty will mirror the manufacturer warranty for two additional years in regard to the services covered. This means that if the original manufacturer warranty offered in-home repairs, New Leaf would cover that service. Otherwise, any authorized service center in your area will be covered.

New Leaf ServicePRO Five-Year Extended Warranty This warranty will mirror the manufacturer warranty for four additional years in regard to the services covered. This means that if the original manufacturer warranty offered in-home repairs, New Leaf would cover that service. Otherwise, any authorized service center in your area will be covered.

New Leaf ServicePRO Five-Year Extended Warranty for Three Appliances This warranty will mirror the manufacturer warranty for four additional years in regard to the services covered. This means that if the original manufacturer warranty offered in-home repairs, New Leaf would cover that service for three appliances. Otherwise, any authorized service center in your area will be covered.

New Leaf ServicePRO Five-Year Extended Warranty for Five Appliances This warranty will mirror the manufacturer warranty for four additional years in regard to the services covered. This means that if the original manufacturer warranty offered in-home repairs, New Leaf would cover that service for five appliances. Otherwise, any authorized service center in your area will be covered.

Receiving Your Warranty You will receive your warranty contract via USPS within 1 to 2 weeks after your order has shipped. It is important to register the serial numbers of your appliances as soon as they are delivered.

Service Service is easy to obtain. You can contact New Leaf online at www.newleafservicepro.com or call 1-855-TRY NEW LEAF (1.855.879.639.5323). The call center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will be notified of the nearest service center. You will have access to more than 12,000 authorized service centers nationwide.

* Warranties on mini-split air conditioners only include parts and do not include labor. The licensed professional who installs your air conditioner should always provide you with a labor warranty.

* Warranties do not cover coin washers/dryers or any commercial units.

50% Back Guarantee With the purchase of all Five (5) year service plans, you will receive a 50% back gurantee, that qualifies you to claim back 50% of the amount you pay for the five (5) year extended service plan.
To Qualify the following criteria must be met:

  • No Service calls made on eligible product
