The Bertazzoni Professional Series now also includes a 30-inch gas range. This popular size gives great versatility to your kitchen design and is ideal where a new range is needed to fit into existing units. It offers all the same remarkable engineering quality and cooking performance as the 36-inch gas ranges in the Professional series.
Cooking with the 30-inch range is a delight. The four-burner worktop has heavy-duty cast iron grates. Included is Bertazzoni's exclusive Triple-ring power burner with dual valve controls which has separately controlled flames providing high-efficiency power, as well as a delicate low-simmer function.
The oven has a balanced air-flow fan convection to provide even heat distribution for single and multi-level roasting and baking, without flavor crossover. It also features a wide-area infrared gas grill. Bertazzoni's special Triple-glaze door ensures low-temperature external surfaces.
The 30-inch range also has its own matching backsplash and ventilation hood with adjustable chimney height and three settings for different power levels.
