Cooking with the 30-inch range is a delight. The four-burner worktop has heavy-duty cast iron grates. Included is Bertazzoni's exclusive Triple-ring power burner with dual valve controls which has separately controlled flames providing high-efficiency power, as well as a delicate low-simmer function.
The oven has a balanced air-flow fan convection to provide even heat distribution for single and multi-level roasting and baking, without flavor crossover. It also features a wide-area infrared gas grill. Bertazzoni's special Triple-glaze door ensures low-temperature external surfaces.
The 30-inch range also has its own matching backsplash and ventilation hood with adjustable chimney height and three settings for different power levels.

this stove is as good as it looks. The fire is big and strong and its so easy to clean. The knobs are child proof. I love this stove and i know this is kinda pricy but its all worth it.

Nice looking and well performing range BUT arrived un-assembled. Contractor had to put it together.
Check with store about about how assembled it is before purchasing

We bought this in red b/c my husband wanted a red 30" stove, and man is it red. We love it, and everyone who comes to our kitchen ohhs and ahhs over the red stove. So far it works great. It cooks very fast, and we haven't read all the instructions.

Had the 30" SS for a year now. I love it; cooks great, bakes great, and looks fantastic. The BTU is in line with Dacor, Viking, and Thermador; but the price is half. Includes a broiler that I use with my steak and baked pasta. Convection is great for steak, roast chicken, brownie, cheesecake, pizza, although the depth doesn't fit a large pizza. Includes wok ring, great for sauteing. Customer service is excellent; called for replacement wok ring, arrived in 3 days.
