The machine is good, but the dry cycles take too long. Capacity is good and little noise when machine is on

We bought this pair because we had a small closet to install it in and this unit has a larger capacity than our last washer & dryer. After 4 loads the washer got an error to call for service. I had to drain the machine and rinse the clothes by hand & then dry them. The problem was there was varnish on the bushings and the repairman had to use a pencil eraser to remove it. Since then the washer had worked fine. The dryer stops twice after the first 20-30 second intervals and then continues on. The only setting that truly gets the clothes completely dry is "Cottons - very dry",which is a little frustrating. I think that is the "new" way. But I love the larger capacity in the smaller machines.

No reversing cycle. Without such sheets get in a ball and
do not dry. Dryer takes forever to dry clothes. Its only good for underware and small item.
Condo that use a 208V system vs 230V in a home a
in even worse shape.
