It is HUGE! It took some getting used to the size, I thought it had to be full to start a load of wash. Filling it would be next to impossible in our house. Once you let go of the old way of thinking that you must have a full load to start, you will enjoy doing laundry. Not only does it perform well for small loads, I've been able to wash rugs and things that were too large for my previous washer. It is quiet. Our laundry room shares a wall with my daughter's bedroom. I would have never washed a late night load for fear of waking her. I don't have that problem with this washer. I love that you never have to guess how much detergent to use. Fill up the tray in the drawer and it will use as much as needed.

We've had our LG washer for about 2 months now and I wish we wouldn't have waited so long to get it. We researched other washers with similar features and talked to others we know about their recent washer purchases and this washer was by far the best for the money and features offered. I would recommend this washer to anyone that is looking for a large capacity washer for a great price and lots of extra features.

I received this washing machine for mother's day... I couldn't believe how much laundry it holds and the outstanding way it cleans. I was skeptical at first because I was accustom to the old agitator, but I was pleasantly surprised at how cleaner my clothes were and how much less drying time it took because of the new technology that spins more water out of your clothes yet it's much gentler. I would definitely recommend this product 100%
