I love the large drum without the agitator in the middle. The washer senses the size of the load and I don't have to guess. It is easy to select which type of cycle I need for the load, and the lights and pleasant sound enhance the experience. My clothes come out cleaner than my previous washer and I love the musical announcement that the load is completed. This is so much better than a loud buzzing noise. I couldn't be happier with my LG Washer.

This machine is quiet and competent at every cycle and special feature it offers. This is the first high efficiency washing machine I have owned and I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it cleans even "hard to clean" clothing with so little water. It takes longer for a load to wash than the older technology machines but the results are certainly worth it. Much gentler on your clothing.

This machine is wonderful. I've done regular loads to a King Size Comforter to my 6'7" husbands filthy Carhartt bibs and 2XLT coat, all came out fresh and clean, not soaking wet like my old washer. I recomend this to any home owner. You will fall in love the first day!

This machine is very time consuming. A word of caution when using the chlorine bleach dispenser, make sure to wipe around outside before the next wash. I ruined my favorite top by not doing this. It now has a white spot. It is extremely important to follow the instructions on balancing the load. Failure to do a balanced load is like watching a football game with unlimited time outs. An hour wash may take two hours or more. I still have not figured out how I will wash my shower curtain or mattress pads. I was able to wash them in my old machine, but according to the directions on the machine I can't do it in this one
