First of all let me say that this is a beautiful stove...I got it in black with stainless trim and it is gorgeous in my Tuscan kitchen with black cabinetry.
This is my first gas range, so I am still learning the idiosyncrasies of using LP and how much more quickly things cook.
For my husband's birthday, I made ribs for 45 people. I had both ovens and three burners going for 5 hours and the stove performed like a champ, cooking-wise.
However, at the end of the evening, the non-closed burners covered the bottoms of my pans with soot, which took a bit of time to scrub off.
Clean-up of the stove is another issue...it takes much longer to clean around the burners than a flat surface or electric stove.
I love the griddle and grill...what a delight to be able to cook loads of pancakes on one surface!
Overall, a great range, but be prepared for more work cleaning it and the pans in which you cook.
