Rated 2 out of 5 by NewKitchen Buyer Beware I was one of the unlucky owners of the previous version of this microwave. It worked fine for 2 years and then just stopped. Whirlpool wasn't too helpful - offered me a warranty that cost more than buying a new one. Then we wonder why we have a landfill issue like we do... They should be accountable. 4/8/13

The user manual is very poorly layed out for the many functions that are avaiable. None of the operating procedures are explained in away that a first time user of a microwave oven can understand them. It seems to me that whoever designed that poorly put together piece of paper has never met somboy that has never needed good and simple information. For this mistake I must take away two stars from the value. 3/2/13
