Rated 3 out of 5 by Not a good product After little more than 1 year the paint cracked along the glass door. I called Whirlpool, but they refused to do anything about it. They told me I did not have the extended warranty. I did not buy the extended warranty, because they wanted too much money, almost like buying a new Microwave. I would not buy this unit. 2/16/13

We have owned this microwave for just over a year and it doesn't heat up any longer. Whirlpool doesn't even stand behind their product. They want you to buy new microwaves every year obviously. 8/18/11
