I have to put every load through 2 times to get my clothes adequately rinsed. That certainly does not save water. Very poor illogical design.

First, AJ Madison was great, shipping was fast and free. These replaced some older Maytag commercial units in an apartment laundry room. They are attractive, and have all the necessary features. Tub is large, and they seem to clean clothes well (according to the tenants). One cool option is the self leveling rear legs, my floors were uneven and these machines compensate for that and don't slide around like the old ones did. However, I have two concerns. First they are lightweight, and just don't feel heavy duty like the old machines did. When the tenants overload them, as they are prone to do, they make some unsettling noises. Only had the machines for a month, we'll see if they hold up to moderate use over the long term. Second, a small thing, but to change the vend price, you need plastic blockout keys, but they don't include them. They should be a 2 cent part that is included, but they don't and when you have to order online with shipping they are $10!
