I love this models sleek new modern design. It's stainless steeel and black finish really blend in with the rest of my whirlpool appliances throughout the kicthen. I've never seen a microwave with all the great extra features. I could never get the cooking time right for popcorn. Now with the popcorn button all I have to do is touch one button and not have to worry about burnt popcorn on movie night. The information listed on the inside of the microwave makes cooking times a breeze, It's by far the best unit I've ever owned.

Microwave works good. Functions as we have expected with Whirlpool products. Size fits well on our kitchen countertop. Fairly quiet when in use. Metal housing a bit hollow sounding, but does not adversely affect performance. Like black frame with stainless steel trim and dark glass door. Once we figure out all of the features, we will be able to use more effectively. Would recommend this product to others.

It not only looks awesome but works like a charm. I never worry about food coming out too cold or burn to a crisp. It is so easy to use. When I bought it the saleman wanted me to go a size larger but I love this size it fits perfect in my condo and the full size dinner plates fit perfect no worries just smiles.

We have to press too hard to enter the time for heating. Most of the time we have to press the Start button 2 or 3 times before it starts heating. The 30 second button works well. We wish there were a 1-minute button. The handle on the door works well and is easy to open.
