Applicant must be a customer of one of the following electric or gas utilities: Atlantic City Electric, Jersey Central Power & Light, PSE&G Electric, Rockland Electric Company, New Jersey Natural Gas, Elizabethtown Gas, PSE&G Gas, South Jersey Gas.
