We bought this to go with the matching washer we purchased 6 months earlier. I love the washer but am not as happy with the dryer. I was disappointed when the dryer arrived with a defect - the top was attached crooked and can't be fixed. The dyer rattles when it's on. I'm not sure if that's b/c of the top being installed incorrectly or if it's all units. When the rattle subsides, it is quieter, but the rattle always comes back. The "buzzer" that goes off when the cycle is over, is very loud and lasts a long time. You can not adjust the volume on the buzzer/beep, it's either on or off completely. It dries fine, but if you want to use the timer feature, your ONLY options are 20, 40 or 60 minutes. This dryer works well, but it's really loud so it's not a great unit to have near our bedrooms. I would not purchase it again, if I knew it would rattle, but if you don't mind the noise you'd probably be happy with it.
