When I bought this machine with its sister dryer, I had no idea that the lint filter is inaccessible. Needless to say, after only five months the machine could not drain! Because I made the mistake of installing this machine a year after I bought it as my previous washer outlived the dryer unexpectedly so I had kept it in storage til needed, the warranty no longer applies! Bottom line, you are compelled to either buy their extended warranties or pay for an authorized repair guy to come out every few months to clean the filter! Unbelievable! Also just found out Whirlpool now owns Maytag. Where can I go for my next washer to avoid dealing with poor Whirlpool quality?(under any name?)

Great addition to our RV!! We also purchased the matching dryer. Washer does not shake entire RV like old one.

I have used this model washe for over 2 years in a small condo before I purchased one! It worked great! The only thing that I would change is the locking/start mechanism. For some reason the clothes would have to be positioned in a way were they weren't touching the door AT ALL or the thing would lock then unlock and not start. Other than that its a great machine!

It's has just enough features. Any more and it would just be to much excess. I like how convenient the steam is, it works perfect
