this is my first front load washer, and the first with a touch screen. the touch screen interface is pretty simple and straight forward. nice to be able to get updates on when the washing and drying is done. other than that it looks great as well.
we have used it only once so far, it appears to be using a lot less water than the top load washer we used previously, at the end of the cycle the clothes are clean, which baffles me as how it does it with just little water. also we used a single tide pod to wash the clothes. the washer is heavy is requires proper leveling. once leveled it does not vibrate and is pretty quiet. the only con is the left body panel vibrates a bit, but goes away if you press it with a finger. tiny baby clothes can get stuck between the door and the rotating drum!!! i think we will use a washing basket to put small items in it"
