Had no problems with this item. bought both dryer and washer. does the job. no complaints. good warranty. wish it came with the stack-able brackets and mounts. but that's any product, always gettin ya with the extra things.

The washer did not drain after 3 months of having it. I had to drain from the filter below after each wash, despite all the recommendations from Sears and Samsung. It also takes an inordinate amount of time to do a load, and no way to do an extra spin, just a rinse and spin. Ours was quiet however, and appearance is nice. That's about all it has going for it in my book.

The samsung washer is a great product. I like the wash cycle options and the ease of set up and use. Very user friendly. I would recommend anyone purchasing from AJ Madison follow their very explicit directions and uncrate the product prior to the shipping company leaving and sign off of delivery. My washer was dented and AJ Madison covered me on the product. No hassles. I would also recommend for anyone purchasing an accompanying dryer to install the two machines so the doors open facing each other (washer on left, dryer on right) as it is easier to transfer the clothes.

We purchased this washer and placed it in our basement with the matching dryer. As soon as we got it, it had problems spinning/balancing the load. (Google: Samsung washer won't spin) After calling Samsung several times and receiving no info or help, we contacted the store we purchased it from. They sent someone out. Their tech contacted Samsung and was told that there is a problem with the oil around the drum when it is below 60 degrees in the room. The oil will be thicker when cold and won't spin correctly. Don't buy this machine if you are keeping it anywhere it may be colder than 65 degrees! We are now stuck with an expensive machine that we need to buy a space heater for. Great.
