Rated 2 out of 5 by Problems from the start we have had nothing but problems since the unit was installed a few months ago. The fan would come on by itself out of the blue, locking it up to the point of having to trip the breaker downstairs to turn it off. After multiple warranty trips it seems the control panel was bad and had to be replaced. The guy who finally fixed the unit also told us the tabs holding in the filters both have broken ends and should be replaced. Surprise, Surprise.... 2/20/13
