I've had my washer for 2 weeks. I had a similiar Bosch washer before this one that finally died. We had a professional appliance technician come to the house to install it. It has worked perfectly each time, no problems. The washer is very easy to use and I love the sanitary setting, it actually heats the water up to a very high temp so you can get things really clean and disinfected. I'm giving this washer 5 stars, I love it! I hope I have better luck with it than other reviewers! The only negative would be that it is very small and you can't wash too many things all at once, but it is one of the only washers that will fit in my designated space. Its also expensive for the size, but again, its the only one that will fit.

Our older Bosch washer finally broke down beyond repair and we naturally went to get the latest and greatest model Bosch can offer.
It is certainly a beauty and washes well.
However, with the older model you could separately control and program the wash and the spin cycles. This way, we could customize the washing and get exactly right every time.
With this ultra-smart new model, the washer "thinks" for you and decides what spin cycle to use based on your wash program. Under most programs you are limited to short spin cycles which results in the clothes washed but dripping wet. at that point, you can start an independent spin cycle to get the water out.
While this two-step approach may sometimes work, it is a great annoyance. Often times we're in and out of the house and typically would through the clothes in the washer, go out, and when we're back later simply move it to the dryer. With this extra manual spin cycle, you now have to sit and wait for 10-15 min before moving the washed clothes to the dryer.

I had this machine for 1 week, and about 4 loads done. Then it just stopped working. It took a week to get a Bosch tech who said the motherboard was fried. He couldnt come back until a week later.....I hope what he does fixes the machine for good, but I write this before he came back. The machine has been useless longer than i have been able to use it.
