You CAN NOT leave your wash alone if you buy an AVANTI washer. They don't make washers with agitators, so the pulse mode does not clean as normal washers do, if you're used to regular machines with agitators in the middle.
I used to have a portable washer, easy to "click" onto the faucet, with a snap-on head on the hose. This has a screw-on mode, and if you don't watch out, water will leak and spray out (mine even spray onto the cabinets!).
Most importantly, washers without agitators will twist your clothes. You have to stop in the middle of the hour-long cycle and undo all the twists and knots!!!
I've had long sleeve t-shirst come out with one sleeve longer, because it got twisted so badly with other clothes!! Pant legs will end up in knotts with others, too. If you don't undo them, the spray rinse will not penetrate between them, and your wash doesn't end up as clean.
It's also a pain that once you turn off in the middle, you can' resume where you were the last time. This machine only has one start and one stop.
I've been trying to sell mine ever since I got it -- but still stuck with it. I've always had to stay close when doing laundry. INCONVENIENT!!!
