I wanted something different. I saw this at my friends house and it was love at first sight. I am surprised by the last persons review. I have no issue with the fan or ignition. Perhaps they need service to come to their house.
I bake and love the proofing mode in the oven. I also cook for a large family and the fact that I can pre-heat the oven and start to cook in 10 minutes is a time saver for me. The rotisserie is great and the warming drawer is so handy when I have company. Also, the griddle converts to so many different things. I bought the optional bar be que grill and use it a lot. You won't go wrong here.

While this range certainly looks nice, it has two major design flaws, and several other minor design flaws, that render the range almost useless.
1) The electric stove has a cooling fan that must always be one when the stove is on. It is quite loud, I would estimate about 70 decibels (much louder than a modern dishwasher).
I really can't imagine doing anything in the kitchen with a noise that loud. It's about as loud as a range hood turned up a full volume as if one was broiling meat or grilling a steak and producing a great volume of smoke.
Beware: No where on the web site, nor in the product guide, is there a mention of this fan. This is not the same fan that comes on for the convection oven. This is in addition to the convection fan, so when both are on, the noise is even louder.
2) The igniters must be going for 10 seconds to light the burners. The noise they make is horrid, and becomes quite annoying after hearing it just once.
The stove knobs are not well marked, and one essentially must look at the flame to see what the level is. The knob is no help at all.
