I bought this vacuum a few weeks ago and I really like the product so far. It has great suction and picks up dog hair pretty good. It is a much better improvement from my Bissell that only lasted one year. So far this vacuum is good and I hope it lasts much longer than my Bissell did. I really have no complaints for this vacuum. The cord rewind feature is nice and the tools onboard the vacuum are great, especially the upholstery tool which I use to get dog hair off the couch. Overall, I would recommend this vacuum to people who have pets and significant others who like to drag in dirt and rocks. It is a great vacuum at a reasonable price!

I bought this vacuum about 6 months ago. I was vacuuming this morning and it just shut off. I thought it came unplugged. When I tried to turn it back on nothing... I expected for spending 200 it would last longer then 6 months. I do not recommend this vacuum.

Given 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without at least one. I just got a new carpet installed today. It is about one inch nap and very plush. I have the setting at 7 and the rollers off. I can not push this, at all. Shaw recommended this vacuum for this carpet. Can the suction be made less so I can use this? I am very serious I can not push even an inch , help

Rated 1 out of 5 by Pokerdana I bought this vacuum a couple of months ago. It worked perfectly at first and then started loosing suction. We followed Manuel instructions but still never worked the same. Unfortunately, I did not keep receipt or box to return. I gave up and purchased a new vacuum. I know would like to purchase a carpet cleaner but am skeptical of this brand.
