The hose attached to the vacumm snapped off and I had to get this vacumm replaced 3 times. Made very cheap. Do not buy it

I purchased this vacuum today, took it out of the box, used it for 5 minutes and the hose fell apart. I immediately took it back and exchanged it for another one. The second one seems to be working great, however I am concerned that the same issue might occur again especially after reading reviews of others who seem to have had the same problem. I was hoping to get a vac that would last longer than a year...

I bought this a month ago and already it has stopped working. The brush roll wont rotate. I checked the belt and its fine because when i turn the vacuum over it works just fine but as soon as I put it on the floor its stops working. The suction is awesome and powerful cleans well but this is frustrating and i wouldn't recommend it. I've looked up ways to fix it and haven't found a way.

I would love to give this great reviews because the suction on this is AMAZING. I vaccuum 2x a week and fill up the canister with dirt and pet fur everytime. It's the best suction I have ever had on a vaccuum. However, the design of this unit is TERRIBLE! Within my third or fourth time using it, the hose attachment came off. I can twist it back on, but then it pops off everytime I use the hose. Sorry Hoover, but this is getting returned. I would recommend it to someone only if they are not using the hoses.
