Dies after a short time in use. I trouble shot any clogs, belt, etc...still dies after cools. It is used at my office and has minimal debris to pick up other than dust, shreds of paper and an occasional spider.

This was a great vac for my two dog house for the first 3-6 months then it started to get vary noisy and loose suction i had been cleaning the main filter every month and replace the hepa filter twice. the suction is so bad you cabt use the hand held power head. Ive taken the unit apart and made shere there are no clogs. its to bad it was a great vac at fuirst

One of the best I have ever bought. Just hope the next one they make has a headlight and another wand piece. My arms are not that long to reach under things without another extension wand. I was disappointed after I got it home and saw there wasn't 2 of them and a headlight. I have 2 shedding dogs and vacuum everyday. Does a great job with pet hair and everyday cleaning.

I've had this vacuum for almost 1 year and I use it "EVERYDAY"! I have 2 small dogs and a cat and a toddler. My home is hair and crumb free. The self propelled motorized attachment works excellent on my carpeted stairs. It also helps me to know when I need to clean or change my primary filter.(slows down and does not pick up as well). I love it because you can see how well it is working. I empty it frequently so it does not smell like pet odor from the exhaust and it helps it run more efficiently. The only drawback is that when you use the small rubberized attachment on furniture (which by the way works excellent for picking up cat hair) is that the hose even with the tube extender is too short. I'm glad I did my research on this purchase. I think it was one of the best home investments I have.
