I actually like this vacuum. It sucks up real good and I've been pleased with it. We bought it Sept. 2010 and it is now losing its suction. I have a feeling I may need a new filter and or hemp filter. I see that there is a 3 year warranty but my manual says 1. I'm confused. Also, does that cover these items?

This is the worst machine ever. Waste of money. It loses suction very fast. You have to empty the dirt cup after each use. I have to use my canister vacuum to clean the filter in the dirt cup after each use. Very disappointed in this product. Had it for 3 years. Still like new. Sits in the basement. Never use it. Bought a Hoover Wind Tunnel bagged Self Propelled - best ever.

This product is very good at vaccuming carpet. When it come to the attachments there is no suction, barely sucks ashes out of a ash tray!!!! Going to repair center, which is 120 miles away!!!
