I bought this vacuum because I wanted to switch back from bagless to bagged. This vacuum is AWESOME! It's incredibly powerful. The brushroll can be turned off for floor cleaning. The HEPA bags have excellent filtration. There's not one sign of dust in the bag compartment or on the filters. If you buy this vacuum, which I highly recommend you do, you should know two things: 1. It's HEAVY (like Kirby heavy), but how often does one lift the vacuum cleaner unless you have stairs? 2. Be prepared to buy bags...often. The bag lasts me about 2 weeks. It's so powerful they fill up fast. Also, although I've completely filled up each bag I've put in this vacuum, the check bag indicator has yet to turn red, so you do have to check the bag every so often.

I vacuum almost every day because we have two inside dogs. We have a lot of fur - on the couches, on the carpets, and on the tile. I chose Hoover because I have a bagless T-Series, but it is starting to pick up the dog smell. I started looking for a bagged vacuum because I've never had a bagged machine pick up a permanent smell. This vacuum far exceeded my expectations the moment I turned it on. The suction is incredible. The hose is super long (I think it would be great for stairs). The vacuum is not self-propelled, but it seems like it. The brushroll turns off and on so it can be used effectively on hard floors. I highly recommend this vacuum. The only thing I would change is the place the cord comes out of the machine. It comes out of the bottom, but I prefer for my cord to come out of the top.

I finally had had enough of my useless expensive dyson and went back to Hoover. Love this vacuum! Not sure where all the negatives come in. Only thing else I could ask for is edge cleaning but it's worth it anyhow .I have a dog and cat and it is great at picking up the hair

this is a great vacuum . powerful suction and hoover reliability . Had a eureka bagged and bagless and i kept having to replace the hose .(cheaply made) i have had this since july and i am very happy with it . highly recomend .
