I purchase all of our thru-the-wall AC/Heat units for my local company from AJ Madison. Their service is always excellent and their price is better than the price my corporation negotiated from another supplier for our 30 locations across the country.

I also purchased the appropriate wall sleeve. The directions which came with the sleeve and the unit were poor and ultimately incorrect. The unit did not fit the sleeve very well and was impossible to install without damaging the "gaskets" or weather stripping. Upon calling tech support with specific questions, I was advised incorrectly. I tried what they said and the unit would not fit at all!! The fan is louder than I hoped, but not extreme. I don't like the fact that the fan runs continuously with the heating element being the only thing that cycles. It is often blowing un heated air which makes it feel drafty.

Like the unit Felt that the fan could be a little stronger and maybe a little colder, i do realize this it is only 11,500 BTU. Money saver feature is good. Clicks on and off without compressor, than with. Good solid unit looks good in room and definitely maintains a good constant temperature.
