SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL brings the classic design and durability of stainless steel to apartment sized ranges, with their 30 inch TM230R model. This model is made in the USA, and has a much larger oven than many competing products. Their ovens are fully porcelain coated for easier cleaning, and have recessed oven doors, anti-tip over brackets on all models. Full stainless steel doors, manifold trim, low backguards and lower doors and stainless steel professional towel bar handles. This gas model is an electric ignition with sealed burners and includes a lower broiler compartment. The low stainless steel backguard offers a slide-in look in smaller sizes. All SUMMIT ranges have an anti-tip bracket included. It is important that this bracket be installed by your installer. In addition, never stand or allow others to stand on an open oven door.
