Rated 2 out of 5 Maybe keep looking
While this unit is very attractive, there are some serious drawbacks. First, I tried to call Summit's customer service. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was still wearing her PJ's. I asked for technical support. She transferred me to someone's voicemail. I left a message - never got a call back. Second, the dual zone is a bit of a fantasy. There is only one large cavity in which you store your wine. The top 1/4 (or so) will not get colder than 60 degrees(f). The bottom 1/4 will get as cold as 45. If you are looking for a wine cellar to store bottles for aging, keep in mind the perfect temp is 55 degrees (and 75% humidity). With some trial-and-error you can get a couple shelves right at 55, but the shelves below will be colder and the shelves above will be warmer. I am managing to work with this. I keep my reds that will be consumed soon at the top and my whites down below. It works ok, but I am really limited to how many fine Cabs I will be able to age. Finally, the last drawback is the noise. Granted, it's not as loud as a jet engine, but it's much louder than my regular refrigerator.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Todd in SF Solid but has it's flaws
Love our Summit fridge. As rated, it is a great looking machine, but does leave some things to be desired. We've been able to get ~50 bottles stored. Wider bottle formats are tough to arrange in the shelving as configured. The compressor is louder than expected, but it's not a huge distraction. And the temperature does seem to fluctuate more than I've experienced before.
Overall, there's probably not a better value, but keep the above in mind.

This is the perfect wine cooler! Most of our neighbors have one but ours by far is the best! It has the dual zone that stays just the perfect temp for all our wines! It also has a light I did not see in the description which we all have enjoyed, along with the height, you do not have to get down on the ground to select your wines!!!! It is quiet, very regal and fits perfect in my laundry room! I had to purchase a lovely oil painting of Tuscany to hang beside it because it is so lovely! We enjoy having our friends go select a bottle of wine from our new addition! Thanks for a fantastic piece!

Rated 3 out of 5 by George Dual temp compartments a fallacy
the unit is very good looking, with nice, substantial shelves. Given that many wine bottles are not the standard shape, but have a slight angle, the best we can do is about 60 bottles...not the amount advertised. My major concern is that the unit does not , in actuality, have dual compartments from a temperature standpoint, but rather, a situation where the temperature gradually increases upwards inside, and we cannot set it within a 12 degree spread bottom to top. Cannot get it set on the ideal 57 degrees.
