Product Reviews
Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Could be better The mechanical part of this device works very well. However, the photograph on this site does not show that the rim of the escutcheon will not meet the sink surface, but stand away from it by about 1/8", which is ugly, and a trap for dirt. Within a day of installation, the escutcheon came unglued (yes, it's GLUED on!) from the unit. 3/25/14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Simple concept; Good execution This product works as advertised. The install is simple. As a previous reviewer mentioned the switch does not sit flush with the surface of the counter and getting it to look perfect is impossible. It sits just a bit above the counter surface. That said, it still looks good and is much better than a big huge wall switch. Operation of the switch is simple - just push down on it. It has worked every time. I did shorten the hose which is said to make operation just a bit easier. I don't know if that is true but it worked for me. 7/27/14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke after six months The button seal broke making it useless. Otherwise, loved it until that happened. 8/21/14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Broken The black plastic threaded sleeve that tightens the button down just below the button has broken straight through. My complaint is that this part is not available separately. To get one, I would have to buy the ENTIRE assembly for at least $65 at Home Depot. I think they should make this part available. It looks like it might be maybe 5 bucks. 10/18/14
