" It is a beautiful looking unit, but that's where everything stops. As one honest repairman put it, this has a design flaw that causes the interior housing to warp which in turn causes the metal to expand and detract into the convection fan blade and sounded like a jack hammer was in my unit." I copied this from another review but this is the same problem I have. I have had to have the thermostat replaced twice because it gets to hot and it burns out. I don't plan to by Samsung again because their customer service is not what it should be they don't stand behind their products. I bought mine on clearance and they would not do anything for me.

I would give this a zero if they had one. It is a beautiful looking unit, but that's where everything stops. As one honest repairman put it, this has a design flaw that causes the interior housing to warp which in turn causes the metal to expand and detract into the convection fan blade. It sounded like a jack hammer was in my unit. He also noted that it could not be repaired. His company was shortly thereafter released as a SAMSUNG Service Center. The worst part is Samsung's Customer Service. They didn't even notify me that they cancelled my ticket after they decided my service center was not longer with them. The poor repairman had to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to my house (nothing closer they said) to even take a look at my unit. I spent many hours trying to resolve this issue - hours away from my work. Thanks to my Store Manager, we were able to finally get a store credit. I will never buy another SAMSUNG product again. I have a new SAMSUNG refrigerator, and now I'm wondering how long it will be till I have to address issues with it. This experience was excruciating!
