Samsung products are for a short time. First time I bought Samsung and very disapointed.my advice is to never buy any thing made by Samsung.

I've only used this microwave for 2 months, but so far I think it's great. Looks good, performs perfectly, and far less expensive than some GE models I considered.

Samsung microwaves have a recent history of breaking within a 24 month window. The keypad will probably short out just after the warranty has expired.
It works well, but all Samsungs will give you an SES - keypad short out within 2 years.

I replaced an old kenmore model that was dying. The touch screen was intermittently going out. I suspect that this was due to the new high output burner that was frequently used and my wife not using the ventilator creating high heat level causing the touch pad to go bad.
Two items that stood out.
1. larger rotating glass allowing more items to put in the microwave.
2. Fan automatically goes on when the stove top gets too hot. I assume was designed to protect the sensitive electronic touch pad.
Finally, AJ Madison had this Microwave at a very attractive price and free delivery.
I highly recommend this for the budget minded.
Not as fancy as some other newer technology (coded reheating) enhanced Microwaves costing more but does an excellent job.
