The SLK849 is the upgrade of SLK249 with the elegant Black Glass Bakeview Window and the 5th Burner and Built-in Griddle with Stainless Steel cover. The Side Compartment and full 25" wide Oven makes cooking a lot easier. It also has Electronic Ignition System, which allows ALL burners, including the Oven, to be lit with a match in case of a power faliure. The Porcelain top makes it a whole lot easier to clean up spills and nasty messes. Please check the features tab for more information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wise Choice I like the idea of spark ignition. Everything works great and easy to keep clean. The griddle comes in handy. This stove replaced one from 1982 and hope it will last as long. Should be all white, including griddle cover. Burner grates could be thicker, with a better way to keep in place than the small pin on grate. The storage compatment is only good place to park griidle and cover when not in use. 9/15/11

We received it 9 days later and my grandmother likes the way it look and perform! We also bought a fridge with this order and it works great too. I'm impressed by the service and the products. Plus, the no tax and shipping costs sealed the deal. A few of my grandmother friend's have asked where they can get one! 7/23/11

We had a hard time finding a 36 inch gas range with a griddle in bisque. The product met all of our expectations in both appearance and operation. We like this product very much. 12/28/10
