I've only used five or six times, but I already don't like it. The pros are that it looks nice and runs very quietly.
The things that bug me the most are the tines in both top and bottom racks -- they are on a slant and greatly restrict the placement of dishes, because let's face it, nobody has the perfect 12 plates, 12 cups, 12 bowls, etc. every time you load the dishwasher!! The bottom rack has large openings and things tend to fall through.
My biggest pet peeve so far is that the dishes do not get dry. I'm always having to dry by hand. Even after using the manufacture's recommended "sanitize" setting, which is supposed to dry the dishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NYC User Very happy
We live in a one-room loft, so it was very important to me to have a quiet dishwasher. When the guys installing it ran a test wash, I didn't even know the machine was on. I was ecstatic. I read comments saying that this dishwasher didn't dry well, so I use the "Sanitize" button during each wash, and everything is dry and perfectly clear (I use the Finish rinse that came with the machine, and glasses come out crystal-clear). I believe this is the least expensive of the Bosch dishwashers, so I feel I got an excellent value.
