Description
SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL introduces a new line of European wall-mounted range hoods designed for outstanding performance and elegant style.

The SUMMIT SEH15 range hood features a 500 CFM blower, and is available in 24" or 36" widths. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it features an adjustable chimney and two aluminum cassette filters with a wide filtration area. The three-speed fan and timer are operated with a slider control panel. Two halogen light bulbs are pre-installed, offering an elegant illumination of your range.

The SEH15 is designed for ducted use, but may be converted to a ducted (recirculating) range hood when you order an optional charcoal filter set. This model is manufactured in Europe and ships in one box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Louder than specs I bought this hood because it had the lowest sone rating for this size blower in this price point. I believe the rating in incorrect, it is much louder than anticipated based on the sone rating on the specifications at the company web site, even at its lowest setting. It is easy to install, is nice for modern decor, and operates/vents well. It was an excellent value for the features it has. The bulbs both burned out within the first year of operation and need to be replaced. It is used daily. 12/24/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I was skeptical about putting this in a ranch style older home when remodeling but it looks great! Appears very well made, the lights at the rear are provide excellent lighting. I haven't used the fan yet but seems powerful. Probably only surprise is that the on/off switches are made of a hard plastic but they slide on/off and seem pretty sturdy. 3/9/11
