This cooktop easily converted to LP gas, which is all we have here. The grates on the burners are heavy and solid which is exactly what I wanted. Great Purchase. 5/10/11
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Cooktop! This was a great choice for my family. My wife wanted a glass cooktop, I wanted gas cooktop. This cooktop is a sealed burner unit so it is very easy to clean so she is pleased but it is gas so it is great to actually cook with. Only problem was hookup. Did not come with all the brass hookups, so had to purchase from local hardware store for 5 bucks. Then the clearance was not the same as the 30 year old one so I had to modify a draw so it would clear the gas pipe valve. Other that those, this has worked well for us. 10/22/07
