I put a lot of thought and research into this purchase. I had never used a propane stove before.
I have been using this stove in our little cottage (full time home) for over a month now and overall I am pleased. It was easy to install and convert to propane using the manual and customer service at Premier; they are available and helpful. One orifice didn't quite adjust all the way and they are willing to send another out. I wasn't sure how the oven flame should look but they helped there as well.
One reason I chose this stove is so I could light it in a power outage. You can light the top burners but not the oven as new regulations prohibit the use of the thermostat that had mercury in it and allowed it to be lit without electricity. This fact was not up to date in the description, I believe, or I missed it.
A 6 qt pot of water takes almost 20 mins to boil but I was expecting this and don't mind as I use the time to prep veggies. I adjusted 2 burners to a low simmer flame and kept 2 high as per a Google "how to search"; you insert a small screwdriver into the hole behind the knob and turn the screw to adjust the flame.
I opted for the open burners; all the same BTU, as some cooks rated these the best and the flame goes directly up to the bottom of the pot instead of shooting out the side of the covered burner. So far I am not sorry.
The oven fits all my cookie sheets, even the 18" x 13"
My only complaint is the top burner grates; the black coating on the grates is already peeling off on the high flame burner.

Very pretty looking stove, but wish they would make one with storage drawer instead of broiler. A bit flimsy; the top of the stove sits crooked; doesn't affect function though. At least it's made in USA.
It takes 20 mins to boil an 8 qt pasta pot using liquid propane fuel.
Easy to convert to LP and adjust flames. Timer, clock, oven window and light are real nice additions.
Will post another review after I've baked in the oven.

I like the stove, but compared to my old one the top metal is definately thinner and seams flimsy, and the top burner grates could be beefed up as well. Everything else about the range I like......easy to clean and fits well in my space.
