Description
SUMMIT offers the industry's best value on fully assembled dipping cabinets, with commercially approved ice cream and gelato freezers fully featured and assembled for convenient serving.

The SCF1310PDC is a 50" wide dipping cabinet with a polycarbonate sneezeguard and flat freezer lid. Manual defrost operation with a high quality fan-cooled compressor keeps contents evenly cooled throughout the aluminum interior. Additional features include a lock, digital thermostat for easy temperature control, sturdy casters, sneezeguard light and a drain for easy defrosting. Summit included four ice cream tub holders or three gelato pan holders with each freezer. Specify upon ordering.

Designed to provide the best display and storage conditions, the SCF1310PDC is UL-S listed to NSF-7 for commercial use.
