We have two dogs and a cleaning business.  This vacuum has served us well. I am just now buying my first  replacement wand to keep it.  We do clean filters often and do take care to clean once a month to keep the machine in good condition. The attachment for our stone floors works really well and thanks for the years of service so far!Â

I have used this cleaner now for 4 years in my small home, using it on carpet and hardwood. I think it has great suction and is lightweight and easy to haul up and down my stairs. I like the small size and good power. I am buying one for my daughter who is moving out on her own. You do need to keep it clean and check the belts, filters, etc. It may not be good for a large household, but for two adults, it's great

I was looking forward to use a bagless vacuum after my kenmore vacuum lasted me over 15 years. I so regret buying this vacuum. I have to clean the filter (sponge) very often because it stops suction very quickly while the canister has little dust in it.

1. power cord reel jamed 2. power nozzle connector broke 3.hose connector to wand broke 4.large wheels came apart, now all the parts to repair the cleaner cost more than a new cleaner I think maybe I should buy from a different manufacturer. What would you do?
