Going into buying this refrigerator we knew that there were issues with the ice machine but I wanted it anyway because it was so pretty and spacious. We have owned our refrigerator for 2 years and now our ice machine isn't making any ice at all. We've tried everything recommended to make ice and nothing works. I guess I'll be calling Samsung tomorrow and hopefully they will help us now that we are out of warrenty. I owned a Kenmore for 16 years and had no problems at all . 2 years of owning the Samsung and problems..not cool at all.

This refrigerator actually is accurately represented by all the ads I have seen for it. It has performed flawlessly and looks great doing it.
There were those that had problems with the "ice maker and the delivery through the door" - we brought the ice maker on line as described in the instructions and have experienced no problems.

pros :very roomy interior 29 cf compare to 22 cf same lenght and width compare to my old ge profile . conviniant layout , led lighting ,
easy set up and conection . exterior lcd display provides a lot of usfull info and quick and easy to use . spill proof and adjastable shelves . filter works well .ice and water taste better than my tap.
