Rated 3 out of 5 Stainless steel that is really plastic.
The Samsung refrigerator we bought in stainless steel was beautiful until my sister used a 3-M pad to remove a spot on the front of the upper right door. It's NOT stainless steel, but rather PLASTIC. The slightest touch leaves a scratch or dent. It is crazy that such an expensive and overall good item is ruined by the company making such a cheap choice. This is also the case with their washers and dryers. The microwave is a fine product and is stainless steel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frustrated Not worth the hassle
I recently purchased this fridge and the wi-fi connection doesn't work properly. I have gone all the way up to the regional service engineer and no one seems to know what part to order to remedy the problem. Also, their contracted service companies (A&E factory) are not knowledgable about the computer panel. Samsung just offered me a full refund because they just don't want to deal with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bsturebate Not worth the extra money
So far the refrigerator is great. It is Very quiet and no problems with the water or ice machine. It's very roomy. Depending on how you use the flex zone draw, it can be very useful & convenient. The wifi & APPS are not worth the extra money. They are not the full functioning APPS. We thought we could use the note pad to leave notes for each other, but if you use the keyboard, you can only put one long word. You can not make a list. The calendar is for viewing only & can not be updated on the fridge.
