So very happy with this purchase. It is quiet. It may not look like like it can hold much, but you will be surprised at the amount of space with the french doors. This has kept excellent temperature and the milk stays fresher much longer. Love the interior light - a frosty blue, the open door safety feature (it beeps if not closed properly!). The freezer is better than I had expected. Holds much more than I thought and so far no freezer burn on any of my food. Love this product. Friends and family also love its look. Have recommended this to many and have also recommended many to shop at AJ Madison. Thanks.

Rated 1 out of 5 Not Durable
Bought this 'fridge 20 months ago.
The fridge looks great, and fits well in a small kitchen. However, its not durable.
A small condiments jar falling from the top shelf, cracked the plastic liner of the main compartment. The liner should be thicker and more resistant to impacts.
After 20-months, the fidge started "chiming" continuously. (Typically, this occurs when a door is left ajar.) There are no directions in the manual or from Samsung's website on how to interpret the warning noise. Power had become intermitent, and eventually failed for the main refridgerator compartment. In addition, there are very few service sub-contractors for repairs. 3-days was the best response I could get. I would expect a new fridge to go 10-years without electical/mechanical problems.

We looked a many models to fit in a smaller kitchen. This model was the largest that we could fit. This fridge has worked perfectly since day one. The only noise we notice is the ice tray dumping. The freezer section works great, and the open door alarm has been very handy. The only downside to this unit is the shelves are less adjustable than many models. Overall a great fridge.

I needed a very special size refrigerator for my condo. The delivery men had to take it out of the box to get into my front door, and I had to remove the doors to get into my kitchen. But it fits into the space perfectly. I agree with other reviewers that Samsung could have a better top shelf that is split so that you can remove or adjust to put more taller items into the fridge. The door space is the only location for tall items. The freezer drawer is great! It holds a lot of items and makes them easily accessible with the additional pull-out drawer. The exterior is flawless (although I wish they would make the plastic film protecting the stainless easier to remove without leaving frayed edges in the creases).
